WHY WE ARE A 501D INSTEAD OF A 501C: A 501C has restrictions on working with family and being politically active. We are a family oriented business and our academic program includes working on legistation with politicians to pass laws that protect animals. We are still a non profit business but donations to a 501D are not tax deductible. Our finances including donations, payrolls and expenses will be available for all to see on our website when we "officially" launch Spring 2025.
