Palomas Del El Barrio is a civic minded street artist based in East Harlem, NYC, USA.
An inspiration for the EAST HARLEM BLOCK ASSOCIATION, the artist uses positive affirmations to encourage neighbors to pick up their dog poop.
Prefering to remain anonymous, using DJ Brenda Black as their voice, Palomas is in the TFKTWA band, creating artistic + civic minded projects for the TFKTWA academic program.
