"Lunaria Honesty aka the money plant is a biennial flowering plant that takes two years to complete its biological life cycle. In the first year, the plant undergoes primary growth, in which its leaves, stems, and roots develop. In the second year the plant will flower and produce seeds before dying. New plants emerge from seed constantly replacing plants that have died after their second year."

DJ Brenda Black/TFKTWA FUNdrai$ing Events are influenced by the biennial plant Lunaria Honesty aka the money plant. We are inspired by its name, its beauty & its growth/rebirth pattern. Our primary fundraising campaigns will be two years in length. Giving the campaign time to grow, blossom & seed. Upon completion a new campaign will emerge in its place.
